Terms & Conditions – Service plan
The Autoclave Service Plan is a rolling contract and will automatically be renewed yearly to ensure the unit’s certification is kept up to date. Breakdown Cover will depend on the plan you have chosen.
An invoice will be issued by Excel Healthcare, the service month will be confirmed depending on your postcode location. All payments are taken by Direct Debit so please ensure bank details are kept up to date to avoid cancellation.
Excel Healthcare will conduct an annual service on the unit incorporating a series of calibration tests with a written scheme of examination and will issue certification reports to verify effective sterilisation and pressure vessel worthiness.
Annual services will be booked in automatically by our service team, notification will be received by email & post.
Please note that we do not offer an emergency callout service.
Please ensure that the general maintenance on the autoclave is up to date, this includes the tightening of the door, emptying the dirty tank and ensuring the drain valve is fully open or fully closed as these are the causes of most callouts.
All autoclaves can only take Distilled Water to prevent blockages.
Steam Generators are not included in the Platinum Plan.
Cancellation: Either party can terminate the plan. Cancellation can be given one month prior to the renewal, this will be required in writing, please send to sales@excelhealthcare.co.uk and ensure you receive written acknowledgment. If you have chosen to pay monthly please note the full payment of the plan will be required.
Cancellation of your Direct Debit will incur immediate cancellation of your plan.
Contracts are non transferable.
